15-Day Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns or exchanges for most items within 15 days of the delivery date, provided they meet the conditions below.
Eligible Reasons for Return/Refund:
· Incorrect item received.
· Product has a manufacturing defect or was damaged.
· Evidence of tampering during delivery.
Note: Please report defects or damages within 2 business days of receipt.
Non-Returnable Items:
Customized or personalized jackets are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Process & Timelines:
· Inspection: Our team inspects returns within 72 hours of receipt.
· Exchanges: Processed and shipped within 15 business days post-inspection.
· Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of approval. Please allow 10–45 days for the refund to post to your account, depending on your provider.
· Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Faulty Products:
Arnaluxe covers all shipping costs (both ways) for exchanges due to defects.
Reporting a Fault:
Please notify us of any defects within 3 days of delivery and return the item within the agreed timeframe.
Order Cancellation Policy
· Full Refund: Orders canceled within 24 hours of placement are eligible for a 100% refund.
· Partial Refund: After 24 hours, production begins. Cancellations requested thereafter receive an 80% refund, as 20% covers initial material and labor costs for your made-to-order jacket.
· Wrong Size Selected? Contact us within 48 hours of ordering. We can often update the size before production advances—no cancellation needed.
Global Delivery Information
We ship worldwide from our international facility via trusted carriers like DHL, FedEx, TNT, or SKYNET.
Delivery Time: Typically 8–15 business days, though timelines may vary due to destination, customs clearance, or unforeseen delays.
Important Notes:
· Import Taxes: Customers are responsible for any duties or taxes. Please consult your local customs office for details.
· Insurance: Shipments do not include freight insurance by default.
