Free Worldwide Shipping
Enjoy free shipping on all orders to the USA, UK, Canada, and Australia—no minimum purchase required. For destinations outside these regions, shipping fees apply (see exclusions below).

Processing & Delivery Timelines

  • Ready-to-Wear: Processed and shipped within 5–10 business days. Delivered in 3–5 business days after dispatch.

  • Made-to-Order:

    • Made-to-Measure: Dispatched within 5–7 weeks after measurements are finalized.

    • Bespoke Orders: Shipped within 12–15 weeks after confirmation.

  • Express Shipping: Available at checkout for faster delivery (timeframe varies by destination).

Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email from support@arnaluxe.com.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide with the following exclusions: Russia, Brazil, Israel, Iran, Iraq, India, and OFAC-sanctioned nations.

Premium Courier Partners
All orders are shipped via trusted carriers: DHL, FedEx, or UPS—selected for the fastest, most secure delivery to your location.

Important Policies

  • Duties & Taxes: Orders are shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). Any import fees are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Address Restrictions: We cannot deliver to APO/FPO/PO Boxes.

  • Address Changes: Once dispatched, we cannot reroute shipments. Please contact the courier directly.

  • Failed Deliveries: Arnaluxe.com is not liable for unclaimed packages or failed delivery attempts.

  • Order Consolidation: Multiple orders to the same address may be combined into one shipment.
