Free Worldwide Shipping
At Arnaluxe.com, we offer free shipping on all orders to the USA, UK, Canada, and Australia—no minimum order required. For international orders outside these regions, shipping fees may apply (exclusions listed below).
Processing & Delivery Timelines
- Regular Orders (Ready-to-Wear): Processed and shipped within 5–10 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after dispatch.
- Made-to-Order/Custom Pieces:
- Made-to-Measure: Dispatched within 5–7 weeks after finalizing measurements.
- Bespoke Orders: Shipped within 12–15 weeks after confirmation.
- Express Shipping: Available at checkout for faster delivery (timeframe depends on destination).
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via support@arnaluxe.com to monitor your order.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide except to the following countries:
Russia, Brazil, Israel, Iran, Iraq, India, and OFAC-sanctioned nations.
Premium Courier Partners
All orders are shipped via DHL, FedEx, or UPS for secure and timely delivery. We select the best carrier for your location.
Important Policies
- Duties & Taxes: Orders are shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). Import fees (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility. Check your local customs regulations before ordering.
- APO/PO Boxes: We cannot deliver to APO, FPO, or PO Box addresses.
- Address Changes: Once dispatched, we cannot reroute shipments. Contact the courier directly for delivery adjustments.
- Failed Deliveries: If a package is unclaimed or delivery attempts fail, the courier may return or dispose of it. Arnaluxe.com is not liable in such cases.
- Order Consolidation: Multiple orders to the same address may be combined into one shipment.
